Excellent location with walking distance from shopping malls and outdoor markets. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment, great space and super clean. The hotel overview the Lumphini park with very nice lake and garden view.

I liked the 2 bedrooms suite size, facilities, the view from the room. there are two bathrooms and washing machine. a good size living room and dining table. We booked a room without breakfast. however, the club coffee is 2 minute walk from the hotel.

What a perfect hotel! Beautiful decoration, employees are beyond polite and helpful, always with a smile on their face! Breakfast is superb! Bad was extra comfortable, wifi great, location is close to the most popular area (walking distance) but still very quite and peaceful! We are very satisfied with our staying!

From the moment you arrive to the day of departure all the staff was wonderful . Any questions or concerns we had they were only a phone call away . Location was in the middle of everything from street food , restaurants , malls, etc.. so we felt safe to walk or take the tuk tuk along with the BTS transit . Gorgeous 4th floor pool especially at night .

“I had an excellent stay at this hotel with my toddler. The facility was spotless, and the staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. The kitchenette was well-equipped, making it convenient to prepare milk or handle other needs for my child. The location was perfect—close to major malls and convenience stores—and felt safe for walking back and forth, even at night. The breakfast at Café Claire was a highlight; the food was delicious and memorable. Housekeeping was thorough, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommend.

The property location is very nice, and the staff was very friendly especially the concierge staff and the door attendants. The building has a nice feel to it and was not too busy during our stay which is always good.

The hospitality at reception was truly 5-STAR! As we arrived with our 8-month old son, the front desk so kindly offered us an early check-in -- secondly, upgraded our 'Junior Suite' to a '1 Bedroom' with full kitchen, and provided a clean, quality baby cot with a soft blanket and pillow -- FANTASTIC! -- The reception staff, Mrs Mimie and Mrs Sing, were kind, professional, and attentive to our family needs -- EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY!

Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly from day one until the last moment we left. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The room service was wonderful, except one day it wasn’t that great but still very good. The breakfast was great and the in room dining was ok not much options for halal but there many halal deliveries from nearby restaurants.
